Access to the 88ef Platform and its real-money Services is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

All funds deposited into your 88ef account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. 88ef reserves the right to return funds to their source and suspend an account if it cannot be confirmed that the depositing payment method belongs to the registered account holder.
The 88ef Platform operates exclusively in PKR for all Pakistani players. There are no foreign exchange fees or currency conversion charges applied to PKR transactions on the Platform.
Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through your 88ef account dashboard. All withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:
88ef aims to process all withdrawal requests within one to three business hours of approval. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, public holidays, or where additional verification is required. Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are generally faster than bank transfers.
88ef does not charge withdrawal fees on standard PKR withdrawals to Pakistani payment methods. Your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own receiving charges, for which 88ef accepts no responsibility.
88ef reserves the right to refuse or delay a withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, where KYC documentation is outstanding, where Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds have not been met, or where the account is under investigation for breach of these Terms.
88ef offers various promotional incentives to new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and reload bonuses. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out below.
All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is specified in the individual promotion terms. Until Wagering Requirements are fully met, Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn and real-money funds may be subject to bonus balance rules as specified per promotion.
88ef operates zero tolerance for bonus abuse. All bonus funds and free spin awards carry an expiry date, which will be communicated at the time of the offer. Bonus Funds that are not used or Wagering Requirements that are not completed within the specified period will be automatically forfeited from the account balance.
88ef reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions that have already been activated in a player's account will be communicated via email or account notification.

All sports bets placed on the 88ef sportsbook are governed by 88ef's Sports Betting Rules, which are accessible within the sportsbook section of the Platform. In cases of dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, 88ef's decision — based on official results from the relevant governing body — shall be final. 88ef reserves the right to cancel or void any bet that was placed in error, at incorrect odds due to a system malfunction, or on markets that were opened or settled incorrectly. In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game session — including but not limited to disconnections, server errors, or software faults — 88ef's recorded game data shall be the final authority on the outcome of the game round. Bets placed during a confirmed malfunction period will be voided and stakes returned.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 88ef Platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, their funds confiscated where permitted by applicable law, and may be reported to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities:

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability for consequential damages, 88ef's liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law. In any event, 88ef's maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 88ef account in the twelve months preceding the relevant claim.
88ef reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 88ef will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email notification or a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will specify the effective date of the revision.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure within thirty days of submission, either party may escalate the matter to binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body.
